Event Details

Join Dr. Louisa Brouwer (Ferry Boat Seeds) and Laura Allard (MASA Seed Foundation) for a deep dive into seed saving: what it is, why it matters for food sovereignty, and why it is essential from a climate resilience perspective. Louisa and Laura bring decades of expertise and experience, collectively, in plant breeding, genetics, and climate resilient agriculture, adapted to a particular region.

Louisa is based in the San Juan Islands in Washington State, and Laura is based in Boulder County, CO. Learn more about their work and how you can participate in seed saving, regenerative agriculture, and hunger relief work through reigniting our human relationships and co-evolution with seeds.
